Contest rules

Organiser


The campaign is organised by Kirami Oy, Villiläntie 2, 32730 Sastamala,
www.kirami.fi (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).

Eligibility to participate



All natural persons over the age of 18 years who are permanent residents of
the country in which the contest is organised are eligible to participate, with
the exception of employees of companies that helped plan or implement the
contest and their family members. The Organiser has the right to prohibit
ineligible persons from participating in the contest at any time. If the
Organiser suspects a person who participated in the contest of cheating, the
Organiser has the right to disqualify the participant and not award the prize.

Campaign period


The campaign period starts on 7 March 2018 and ends on 30 September
2018. Prizes are raffled off at the closing of each survey.

Participating in a raffle


You can participate in a raffle by taking Kirami’s survey online and submitting
your contact information.

Prizes


The following prizes are raffled off every month between all the participants of
the survey:

  1 Kirami Tubbar mug holder and Kirami t-shirt

  10 Kirami t-shirts

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other goods or services. The
Organiser agrees to pay the statutory lottery tax for the prize.

Handing over of prizes


Winners shall be informed personally. If a winner cannot be reached within
one week of being determined, the Organiser shall have the right to select a
new winner.

Marketing consent


The contact information of all participants in the contest shall be collected into
Kirami Oy’s customer register if the participant has consented to it by ticking
the box “Kirami Oy is allowed to send me marketing”. The name and address
information of participants may be used and disclosed for direct marketing
purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Act if the participant has
consented to it.

The rules apply to all participants


All recipients of prizes shall release the Organiser, its campaign partners,
participating retail locations and partners of the above from all liability
connected to damage or harm that is caused or is claimed to have been
caused by participating in the contest or claiming or using a prize. The
Organiser’s collective liability shall not exceed the value or amount of the
prizes specified in these official rules. The Organiser shall not be liable for
problems or difficulties in participating in the contest or claiming a prize due to
information technology issues.
